Meeting minutes.
Drop in the recording. You get the transcript, a summary, the decisions taken and the actions with their owner. The time it takes to make coffee, not to lose an evening.
What’s it for?
Minutes are always for "later", and later nobody remembers who was supposed to do what. A meeting with no written trace gets played again three weeks on, identically.
- Nothing invented: no decision or action that was not said out loud.
- With no owner named, the action comes out as "to assign", never with a random name.
- The recording is neither stored nor logged: it passes through the server and disappears with the request.
An hour-long recording takes about thirty seconds. Do not close the tab.
